We’re searching for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a hunter mentality—someone who thrives on pursuing and capturing new business opportunities. As an SDR at Payt, you will be a critical force in our German market expansion, using your tenacity and sales acumen to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunting for Opportunities: Proactively seek out and engage potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and social media. You’ll have a knack for uncovering opportunities where others might not look.

  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads with precision, ensuring that only the most promising prospects are passed on to the sales team for further development.

  • Market Penetration: Play a key role in establishing and growing Payt’s presence in Germany by understanding market needs and positioning our solutions effectively.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, demonstrating how Payt’s software can solve their specific challenges.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation processes.

  • Continuous Improvement: Engage in regular coaching sessions to sharpen your skills, with clear pathways for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales development with a proven track record in a B2B environment. Experience in financial software or related fields is a strong plus.

  • Previous experience selling software to Dentists is a plus.

  • Language: Fluency in German is a must; English proficiency is also required.

  • Personality: You’re a natural hunter with a strong drive to succeed, a competitive spirit, and the resilience to keep pushing until you get the deal.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and influence decision-makers.
